Weave is a knowledge-sharing tool designed for engineering teams, helping them capture and surface the “why” behind technical decisions through collaborative documentation. By weaving discussions, decisions, and reasoning directly into the workflow, it keeps teams aligned without interrupting their focus.
Weave needed a refreshed visual identity that better reflected the depth and intentionality of the product. They also wanted a recognizable character—like PostHog’s hedgehog—that could bring personality to their brand and act as a visual anchor across marketing and product touchpoints.
I created a full brand identity system, including a custom type stack, refined color palette, mockups, design patterns, and a detailed brand deck. I also designed and 3D-rendered their character—the “weave ball”—in multiple expressive poses, and built a website that brought the brand to life, translating their messaging and personality into a clean, cohesive digital experience.
